GEG Organizes Study Tours for Students from the “Youth Science and Technology Village” Program to Gain Exploration of Technological Applications in Tourism and Broaden their Cross-disciplinary Innovation Horizons

GEG recently organized study tours for students of the “Youth Science and Technology Village” program, featuring visits to the Lai Chi Vun Shipyards and Galaxy Macau, helping students gain a deeper understanding of technological applications in tourism and leisure while broadening their horizons in technological innovations.

Students visited the Diamond Lobby at the Galaxy Macau to watch the Diamond Show, enjoying a close-up view of the large-scale installation that features lighting and sound effects, and mechanical operations that provide them with valuable insights into the behind-the-scene technological applications.

GEG invited Mr. Dirco Fong, Multimedia Consultant for the Lai Chi Vun Shipyards revitalization project, to share insights into the technological innovations and practical applications featured in the area.

The participating students actively exchanged views and engaged in discussions after learning about the technological innovation elements incorporated in the Lai Chi Vun Shipyards.

GEG also arranged students to visit the “In the Mind of Bruno Moinard”, a special exhibition presented by GEG at GalaxyArt as part of Art Macao 2025, exploring the original works by the international acclaimed French designer, Mr. Bruno Moinard, helping to expanding their artistic horizons.
